Environment
- We measure our carbon footprint every year, starting with our first baseline in 2026–27, and work to reduce our Scope 1 and 2 emissions year on year. We are extending measurement to relevant indirect (Scope 3) emissions — for example business travel, staff commuting and cloud services.
- We favour energy-efficient equipment and reduce energy use in our office and IT operations.
- We minimise waste and prioritise reuse and recycling. We dispose of IT equipment responsibly, in line with EU WEEE requirements.
- We consider environmental and social factors when choosing suppliers.
People
We provide a safe, healthy and inclusive workplace, treat everyone fairly and with respect, and uphold human rights in our operations and supply chain.
Ethics and governance
Our Code of Ethics & Conduct sets out our standards on anti-corruption, gifts and conflicts of interest. Our employees can raise concerns confidentially through our internal whistleblowing channel.
Independent assessment
Sunwell takes part in the EcoVadis sustainability assessment and uses the results to improve each year.
