Stakeholder Engagement Approach
Customers
Customers are our primary external sustainability audience. Engagement is triggered primarily by tender requirements and procurement processes. We respond by providing copies of relevant sustainability policies on request, completing sustainability questionnaires, sharing our EcoVadis scorecard where requested, and participating in customer sustainability audits.
Employees
We engage staff by publishing and maintaining our sustainability policies (which all staff must read and acknowledge), through an annual staff wellbeing check-in, and through updates from the General Manager when sustainability objectives or policies change.
Suppliers & Vendors
We communicate our sustainability expectations to suppliers through our Sustainable Procurement Policy and through supplier sustainability assessments for contracts above €5,000 per year.
Regulatory Bodies
We maintain compliance with all applicable Bulgarian and EU sustainability-related legislation, which we track in our legal and compliance register.
EcoVadis — Third-Party Sustainability Assessment
Sunwell Solutions LTD is registered with EcoVadis, an internationally recognised third-party sustainability rating platform used widely across EU procurement processes.
What EcoVadis Assesses
EcoVadis evaluates our sustainability performance across four themes:
- Environment — energy, GHG emissions, water, biodiversity, materials, and waste
- Labour & Human Rights — working conditions, health & safety, child and forced labour, diversity
- Ethics — corruption, bribery, responsible information management
- Sustainable Procurement — supplier environmental and social practices
Our Approach to EcoVadis
The General Manager is responsible for maintaining our EcoVadis account, completing the annual assessment questionnaire, reviewing our scorecard and identifying areas for improvement, and sharing our scorecard with customers where requested.
EcoVadis and Our Sustainability Management System
Our sustainability management documentation — policies, registers, assessments, and procedures — is designed to support and evidence our EcoVadis responses.
Sustainability Reporting
Current Approach
Sunwell Solutions LTD does not currently publish a standalone annual sustainability report. Our primary external reporting mechanism is the EcoVadis platform.
Internal Reporting
Sustainability performance is reported and reviewed through:
- The EcoVadis annual assessment — our primary sustainability review mechanism. Each year we compile our sustainability policies, procedures, registers, and performance data and submit them to EcoVadis for independent assessment.
- The annual carbon footprint report — our first baseline year runs from May 2026 to April 2027, with a new report each subsequent year.
- Our sustainability objectives and targets, updated on a rolling basis and reviewed at the time of each EcoVadis submission.
Reporting Framework
We do not currently align to a specific external reporting framework (such as GRI, TCFD, or CSRD). Our EcoVadis assessment provides a structured framework for disclosure in the near term.
Website
Sunwell Solutions LTD publishes a summary of our sustainability commitments and policies on our website, making this information accessible to customers and other stakeholders without requiring a formal request.
Transparency & Accuracy
All sustainability information we communicate must be accurate, evidence-based, and not misleading. We will not make claims about our sustainability performance that are not supported by our documented evidence.
The General Manager is responsible for reviewing all significant external sustainability communications before they are shared.
